Volume Orders.
In order to better serve the specific needs of or customers, all volume orders are handled directly by our corporate sales office in Panama City.

Orders via Share*It, our online payment service provider.
For online ordering of single User Licenses, this is the quickest and safest method.
All information you pass over the Internet is handled by secure servers with the VerySign(R) certificate. It gives you the best possible guarantee that your personal data is safe.

By clicking the above "Share*It Buy Now" Button either from this page or the Products Page you will be transferred to the online order pages.

The "Share*It Online Order Step 1" gives you 2 options:
Option A for all copies of ProCetus that are registered regardless of the Edition or Version.
Option B for customers who wish to purchase a license for a copy of ProCetus that is not yet installed and registered.

We strongly recommend Option A.
Every registered copy of ProCetus has a valid and unique License ID and this is useful during the online order process. This is valid for all retail Editions such as Student or Professional but also for the Free Editions such as Freeware, Demo and Trial provided they are registered.

1. You will be able to activate your copy online immediately after the purchase and the clearance of the funds. This means within seconds following a purchase by Credit or Debit Card.
2. You will only be given the choice for upgrades that correspond to the current edition of your copy thereby eliminating the risk you accidentally buy a license that you already have or one that would constitute a downgrade to your current license.
3. Any Reduction Coupons you are entitled to will automatically be taken into account so that you are guaranteed to pay the lowest possible price.

During the online order process, before you hit the ORDER button on the final Share*It order page, you will be shown all the details of your order and the final price. This includes Rebates, Reduction Coupons and applicable Taxes if any. Note that for orders from within the European Union there will be NO VAT added. Please contact sales@procetus.com for more details on VAT (Value Added Tax) applicable to purchases in the E.U.

Share*It offers the possibility to order via real-time online Credit Card or Switch/Solo Debit Card transactions but you also have the option to pay via Bank/Wire transfer, Check or even Cash. You can even Fax your order if you prefer not to provide personal details via SSL Internet connections.

Share*It offers you the choice to pay in 19 different currencies and will process your order in your preferred language (English, Deutsch, Português, Espagnol, Italiano, Français)

Order placed directly at our corporate Sales Office.
If you so wish, you can send your order directly to our Sales Office either by Fax, Post or Courier. We do not recommend regular Post. We prefer Fax or Courier Service.
Companies should place orders on duly signed Company Letterhead documents.

You can use this option for any and all orders but it is required for all volume orders that have been the object of a price quotation. If you use this option for single licenses please provide enough information about your registration (Customer and License ID's).

For this option we only accept Bank/Wire Transfers and possibly Bank Checks providing they can be cleared and cashed in Panama. Before sending a Bank Check, please check with sales@procetus.com . Bank transfer details will be provided by e-mail or fax immediately after receipt of the order.

Within 2 working days of receipt of company orders we will set up the required unlocks in our database so that the licenses can be temporarily activated for a period of 15 days. After clearance of the funds new unlocks will be set for permanent activation. This will allow customers to use the ordered software almost immediately after the order.
